I liked very much this course. It covers every communication skill lactation supporters need to know when helping mothers. I enjoyed reading each chapter. Each chapter is in a reasonable short length so I was not feeling tired or bored. Content in all chapters is complete, and meaning and purpose are easy to understand. I do tend to get nervous whenever I do anything online but found the lessons easy to move around in and I enjoyed the course. I actually worked entirely from my phone, so it was nice that the downloads worked on my iPhone. I need to be reminded of how necessary it is to slow down and use these skills to better serve families, and realizing it may actually save time in the long run. This is really standing out for me as having a limited amount of time with each family has always been difficult for me. Of course, the same things goes for the charting.
