Communication Skills for Lactation Professionals is a comprehensive five credit hours course designed specifically for those who work with lactating families, under the professional guidance of Sara Dale-Bley IBCLC. Included are downloadable resources, realistic scenarios to analyze and practice responses, and opportunities for reflection on skills presented. Emphasis is on understanding your client in their setting and responding in an effective, unbiased, and respectful manner.
